Tintinhull Community Plan for Tintinhull residents
Tintinhull Community Plan Development of the Community Plan This month the efforts have been concentrated on finalising the approval of various documents and the planning of their availability and delivery. To summarise: 1. The Tintinhull Community Plan (TCP). Very positive feedback has been received from the SSDC and all that remains outstanding is to ensure acceptability of the Village Design Statement, which is expected shortly. Printing is being arranged and delivery to every household is planned for early July. There will be an open meeting in the Village Hall to present the plan later in July, but before the school holidays. 2. The Information Leaflet. By the time you read this article a copy of the leaflet should have been delivered to ever household. Intended delivery date is 26 or 27 May with the monthly United Benefice Newsletter. A tri-folded leaflet in a handy format, it provides information about Village Clubs and Activities, the village website, the Parish Council, sporting activities and other helpful information meant to be referred to as required. 3. The Village Welcome Pack. This will be available from June for delivery to all newcomers to the village. It contains lots of useful information and contact details about everything from transport to schools and local amenities to clubs / activities. It will also be on the village website where the information will be maintained up to date. Delivery arrangements have yet to be finalised, but it will come with a complimentary copy of the village magazine and the TCP.
